ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Version 1.0 | Effective date: 01/11/2026 | Last updated 01/11/2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") and the Platform Terms (“Terms”) and applies to all users of the Platform and the Solution.
By accessing or using the Platform, each User agrees to comply with this AUP.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses Gymlium: trainers who run a site with us, the clients they invite, and developers who build on our platform. It sits alongside the Terms & Conditions and the End User Licence Agreement and forms part of your agreement with us.
Where your trainer has published rules of their own, those apply as well. If anything there conflicts with this policy, this policy governs anything to do with the Gymlium platform itself.
2. What you must not do
When using Gymlium, you agree not to:
- Give false or misleading information, or hold yourself out as someone else;
- Harass, abuse, threaten or harm a trainer, a client, or anyone else;
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the law where you are;
- Attempt to reach accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- Disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer any part of the platform;
- Collect other people's personal information from the platform without their consent.
- Misuse the AI features — for example to produce harmful content, or to manipulate them into ignoring their safeguards.
3. Content you upload
You are responsible for everything you upload — photographs, videos, exercises, recipes, messages and plans. You agree not to upload:
- Anything you do not own or do not have permission to use;
- Medical claims, or advice that requires a licence you do not hold;
- Sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory material;
- Malicious software, or links intended to deceive or defraud.
4. If this policy is broken
We would rather speak to you first, and normally will. Where a breach is serious or repeated, we may:
- Remove the content in question;
- Suspend or close the account involved;
- Report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.
5. Reporting a problem
If you come across something on Gymlium that breaks this policy, please tell us. Include enough detail for us to find it — a link, a name, or a screenshot.
Email info@gymlium.com and we will look into it.
