End User Licence Agreement
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Who this agreement is for
This is the End User Licence Agreement for Gymlium. It applies to everyone who uses the platform through a trainer — the people who train with a coach running their site and app with us.
It is also published as a schedule to the Gymlium Terms & Conditions, so a trainer who accepts those terms accepts this agreement as well. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the app, you agree to this agreement and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Our role, and your trainer's
Gymlium provides the software. Your trainer provides the coaching. That distinction matters:
- Your trainer decides your programme, your nutrition and your prices;
- Your trainer is responsible for the advice they give you;
- We are responsible for keeping the platform running and your data safe;
- We are not a party to the agreement between you and your trainer.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You agree to:
- Use one account, and not share it with anyone;
- Tell your trainer or us promptly if you think someone else has access;
- Be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.
4. Health, and the limits of what we do
Training and nutrition carry risk. Nothing on Gymlium is medical advice and the platform is not a medical device. Speak to a doctor before starting or changing a programme, and stop if something hurts.
We provide the platform as it is and cannot promise it will never be unavailable. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for the outcome of the coaching you receive — that is between you and your trainer.
5. Your data, changes and contact
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy. You may ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
If we make a material change to these terms we will ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. Questions go to info@gymlium.com.
