To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

Gymlium offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as stated at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We offer a free plan with no time limit so you can try the platform before upgrading
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard

Content you create on your trainer website remains your intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to host and display your content as part of the service.

Gymlium is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, GYMLIUM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
